A CHS bronze tablet stamped BM 2-1984 and set vertically in bdk on the E side of Gillies Island in the Nastapoka Island Chain, on the E side of Hudson Bay immediately W of Umiujaq New Quebec. It is located on the third prominent point N of the S tip of Gillies Island. It is 49 metres south of BM 1-1984, 8 metres west of the cliff-water interface and 7.3 metres east of a buff coloured sandstone boulder 1.5 metres in diameter.
