| Description | A CHS aluminum tablet stamped BM 5-1984 and set vertically in bedrock on the south side of the small island in the mouth of Grise Fiord. BM 5 is located in the first cove NE of the low area (which may cover) connecting the SW portion of the island to the main island. BM 5 is the most westerly of the three 1984 BM being 15.2 m southwest of BM 4-1984 and 21.75 m west-southwest of BM 6-1984. |
