A WRB brass tablet set vertically in the southwest side of the government wharf. The wharf runs west off the road leading to the Collingwood Terminal Elevators. The bench mark 13.7 metres north of the south end of the wharf and 7.5 metres east of the gauge house. This bench mark is located in the same location as COLL 5/1965, which was destroyed when the wharf deck was replaced. Horizontal position updated September 2018 based on NRCan database.
