A W.S.C. bronze tablet set vertically in the foundation, 1 m south of the northwest corner of the sub-station building at the government elevators (south end of King St.) in Port Colborne. The sub-station is 20m southwest of the gauge house. The gauge house is located on the west side of Welland Canal entrance by the Government Elevators. The tablet is not stamped. Horizontal Position updated to NAD83CSRS in January 2010.
