It can be accessed from Marien Avenue. The marker is located 18.90 m from a beacon on a lamppost, 1.55 m from the east corner of wharf No. 110, 0.96 m from a mooring cleat, 2.80 m from marker 1960 Hydrographic and 1.80 m from the south corner of the shed.
